Two big pieces of news regarding Locus Workspace membership options and pricing:
1) Starting Nov. 1st (in just over 2 weeks), Locus’s promotional prices will end. If you sign up before Nov. 1, the promotional prices will last for the time of your membership commitment (up to 1 year, depending on what type of membership you get).
2) Locus is introducing a number of new member options for people who don’t want/need 24 hour a day / 7 day a week access.

The prices below are the new prices. Divide everything by 2 to get the prices if you sign up before Nov. 1st. All memberships include the membership discount for reserving the conference room and on any paid Locus events.
- “Full Membership” (24/7 access with your own key to use the space whenever you need it, + 4 hours free reserved use of the conference room per month):
- Standard (12-month membership commitment): 3.000 Kc/month if you sign up for a year membership (10% off that if you pay for the entire year up front).
- 6-month commitment: 4.500 Kc/month (5% off that if you pay for the entire 6 months up front)
- 3-month commitment: 5.400 Kc/month (5% off that if you pay for the entire 3 months up front)
- 1-month commitment: 6.000 Kc/month
- “Work-Week Membership” (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri, + 2 hours free reserved use of the conference room per month): 85% of the “Full Membership” prices (e.g., 2.550 Kc/month for a year-long membership commitment).
- “2nd Office” (2 weekdays, i.e., Mon-Fri, each week plus weekends, + 2 hours free reserved use of the conference room per month): 70% of the “Full Membership” prices (e.g., 2.100 Kc/month for a year-long membership commitment).
- “2nd Job” Evening & Weekends (Mon-Fri 6pm-9am, & non-stop from Fri at 6pm to Mon. at 9am, + 1 hour free reserved use of the conference room per month): 50% of the “Full Membership” prices (e.g., 1.500 Kc/month for a year-long membership commitment).
- “3rd Space” (5 week days and 2 weekend days per month, + 1 hour free reserved use of the conference room per month): 50% of the “Full Membership” prices (e.g., 1.500 Kc/month for a year-long membership commitment).
- “Basic member” (1 day using Locus per month, + 1 hour free reserved use of the conference room per month; must be used Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 9am and 5pm, or during an alternative time agreed with Locus management, since Basic Members do not get a key to the space): 10% of the “Full Membership” prices (e.g., 300 Kc/month for a year-long membership commitment).
